From your past Medical history and description of symptoms you are in the stage of "Fever of Unknown origin". It is a difficult problem, even in Medical College.
So , with all your past investigations reports and details of treatment taken earlier, you should approach your local Medical College. If they admit you, then they may have to repeat some investigations but surely they will treat you.
