Hi doctor.. Plz Suggest
I did my check up yesterday and found that the haemoglobin level 18 and rbc level 6.2 and other cbc  count is normal.. And LFT  with eleveted level of sgpt and sgot and billurubin 1.8.  I am  USING Antidepressent Mirtazapine 22.5 mg  during last 2 month along with propranolol 40 mg per day.. Is it about to wory for hb and rbc .. I'm 27 yrs old boy..
