When you say "drug resistant bacterial infection" , it means that you are talking about Allopathy. Ayurvedic or Doctors practicing other branches of AYUSH Medicine will never accept that any bacteria can be resistant to their system of Medicine. Second part of question will be answered according to the allegiance of the Doctor answering this question.
