I am 62 yrs now a days in Canada Here temperature is minus 27 I have pain in ear ,gums and throat irritation all in left side only .I have no fever cough and cold Here I have dolo 650 ultraset crocin dolowin and ebast and ray biotic ear drops Pl advise which medicine is suitable for me

Hello doctor, I had been experiencing pain in finger joints, knees and feet since 1 year. I am physically quite active and have a moderate built. The pain increases when at rest/ sitting position for long and is comparatively less when active. It's the worst in the morning. I had consulted orthopedician for the same. He advised few blood tests. ( On examination there was no swelling) The uric acid levels are slightly elevated. It's 6.7. Is it concerning? What steps should i take next?

Can I take 2nd dose of vaccination just before my period? Or during my period? Any specific care that I have to take before vaccination??

Hello Doctor Yesterday i took covaxin 2nd dose , I'm feeling tired along with fever ( 98.2) I took dolo last night but still I'm feeling tired.. Do i need to continue to take dolo for one more day ? Thank you
