I have tension headache yesterday evening it worsen at night I taken injection nd medication for that but can't able to sleep due to anxiety and then early morning I wake up with pressure and squeezing  like feel in left side of crown head it is not painful but it pressure or sqeezing feel at only that place I am worrying about that last night I slept only 5 hrs also when I chew something that place is chewing like feel in head

Several years ago. When I was a child,10 years. I felled from chair and hit back of my head. No issues after that. Now, I'm taking medicine for schizophrenia. Now, my head is dizzing before sleeping and when I wake up. Is this a side effect of the medicine or caused by that fell.
