My mom using TAH40 hypertension tablet since 1yr. Doctor said that tah40 tablet resulting in dry cough...could provide alternate tablet.

Hi, I have upper back pain from 4 days ( earlier muscles were pulling now spine itself paining ) & knee pain from 15 days.I visited physician twice. Doctor gave me medicines shelkal HD & A tO z. Now he has given me Ultra magnesium, neurobin plus ( I have deficiency of B12 ) , eroglobe 90 , and D3 capsule. I got xray of Knee doc said nothing to worry. Should I get CT scan of my upper back as it paining more from today morning ?

Im constantly feeling nauseous since one week. I've severe anxiety and i panick easily and it definitely brings about rounds of nausea for me. However, this time I don't understand why it's severe. I feel like I will gag even when I talk for a long time. I don't have any other symptom like stomach ache etc. Im very worried.

Before that i was taking amlip 10 but still my bp raises due to anxiety so doctor prescribed metoprolol and it is good medicine bcoz it control anxiety related high pulse and blood pressure so I am taking metoprolol 50 mg daily for anxiety related high blood pressure , but still sometimes my bp not controlled due to any stress...so i want to know - kya ye 50 mg maximum dose hai ya phir hum increase kr sakte hai from 50 mg ?

I was feeling that my bowels are not getting cleared fully from last 2 days so I took isabgol and today I got loose stool that too was I feel not as much as I ate. Now which medicine should I take? For loose stool? Or for constipation?
