Cysts are never painful. Secondly they have been there for a long time, so why pain only for 3 days.
The stones are too small. They will pass off spontaneously. I think such patient should have a proper clinical examination and not rely on investigation.
However due to so many findings in Kidney it is better to get Kidney function tests.
