Hello, I keep getting cold and cough very often.i take tablets it goes after a month or so again symptoms return. Is it because of lack of immunity? How do I improve my immunity and how do I get rid of this phenomenon. Let me know if this due to certain deficiency. Is there any diet I need to fallow to overcome this ? Please help

My mom got scratched on the foot by a cat 3 months ago there wasn't any blood but was bruises. The cat wasn't vaccinated . It died after 1 months . Hi Doctor, I just checked my dadi's bp and it came 170/87 and same situation happened one week earlier as well. She dont take any bp medicine as of now and her age is 73. I gave telma 20 to her so that the bp can come down. Can I give that medicine whenever her bp goes high? Or she will need to have the medicine for bp on regular basis?
