Is WBC count 14000 normal?. I took cbc test and found that WBC count is 14000.my wife also has WBC 12500 and she is healthy.

I'm a urticaria patient recently developed anaphylactic shock after taking Pan 40 tablet for stomach issues and my IGE count is 140. Also my urticaria (red rash in body) problem rises when i Wear surgical mask or any mask for covid 19 protection and when I don't wear a mask there are no allergies or rashes in body. Is face masks required? Can I stop wearing masks for covid protection when I go outside? I'm double vaccinated.
