Dear Sir, Today I have done an lower abdominal usg as a routine check. I have gallbladder polyp 0.31 cm. Is this very serious? Can it be cure with medicines? Please suggest

Respected sir or mam mostly I run everyday in evening 4pm everyday 25 min continuesly in a big ground and through running I completed 2500 steps everyday and after completing my 25 min running everyday what is a health benifit of running everyday plz tell me I go to my zym around 4.30 pm  and do it zym 1 hours everyday in zym I mostly do freehand And normal weight training and crunchess and all im 6 feet tall guy my weight was previous 105 kg now doing running .zyming and diet changing u lost my 16 kg weight now im 88 kg want to make my weight 80 kg ...morning mostly take 4 soaked almonds pistachio and green sprouts in empty stomach in bf I take toned milk with oats with adding litle hobey lunch half cup basmati brown rice with multigrain 3 atta roti with boil vegetables litle pinch himalayan pink salt nd 2 time green tea night 3 multigrain roti with boil vegetables everyday  salad 2 time in day half bowl all mix  fruits . completing 7000 steps want to be more fit.

My BP readings in the  different intervals of the day were 120/90, 130/90, 140/90 & 146/90. Most of the time it is consistent at 130/90 on different days. Is it fine or is there something to be worried about?

I am suffering of fever and lose motions with occasional indigestion past 3 days... the lose motions started today but even after taking ORS and Norflox TZ there is no help. Should I continue Norflox for some more time? Or is there any other medicine I should go for. The fever is coming down after taking Dolo 650. Please advise.

4 days ago I ordered fish aquarium filter from one shop . Delivery boy came to give delivery at my home . I took filter from him and put in my fish aquarium. Now i got to know that he became corona positive. Me and my family are healthy. My question is as i put filter in aquarium which that delivery boy touched . So for how long corona virus lives in water ??

My friend is 27 year old male. Yesterday he experienced sharp stabbing pain near heart area or stomach for 3-4 hours. Then his doc friend suggested him to take antacid. He took one med and his symptoms disappeared. Today he went to the gym in evening and when he returned he ate 3 egg whites and banana shake comprising 2 bananas. His pain started again and symptoms got worsened. What is causing these problems? And what medicines should he take to treat this? And what should he eat?

Hi - My wife is suffering from fever since morning. Her body temperature is around 101. At the time it started, She was shivering from cold but now it's ok. She is also feeling congestion & bearable body ache. She is able to taste & smell. Should I give her a dolo. Please suggest.

I tested positive for covid 3 days back... But i dont have any symptoms like cold cough or fever from last 5 days.. I have fever and cold only for one day..2 day before going for test.. From last 6 days i dont have any other symptoms.. I only take multivatamin and vit c tablet and levocet tablet.( Prescribed by doctor) Is it normal?
