I feel i can not work out in gym if i wear mask feel dizzy and breathless. i this case cam any doctor give me certificate regarding mot wearing mask please advice

Hi my mother in law is suffering from fever from 3days today she don't have temperature but she is having heavy headache.. she has taken dolo-650 for fever.. kindly can anyone suggest any medicine.. also she don't have kidney she has donated it to my father in law 6years back. So doc has recommended not to intake any antibiotics

In march 21 i was covid positive and recovered at home. In september 21 i took first dose of covishield. Side effect started after 1-2 days. Side effect was for a week. Symptoms were cold cough, body muscle pain, head congestion, feverish feeling, feeling very very down. Now i took second covishield second dose on 11 jan 22. Same episodes are happening. Our gp gave some painkillers. Previously i was taking paracetamol. I feel like i am seriously ill. Why i have same episodes during both doses. Pls. Help

I had fever and vomited before 7 days went to doc and bp was down so got saline and was fine . Yesterday felt cold from inside , my temperature was 102 degree but was not feeling anything from outside. Went to do test and detected slight typhoid. What food shall I intake please suggest with medication . Please check the test reports.

My friends do cigrate smoking everytime when i meet them, i am the only one who is opposed to have a cigrate smoke. Due to this corona situation. I wear one surgical mask first, and a N95 mask above the surgical mask. Double masking. Can the smoke of cigrate can get into the lungs if i have weared the double masking. Does it effects the lungs??. This is the first time i met them inside a house where we barely maintained 1 metre distance. But i wored double masking. I feel the smell of the cigrate smoking, but i don't know whether it will effects my lungs. Please guide me
