Health advice (uric level)
My uric level is 7.30 I eat 500gms of boiled (lean meat) and 5 eggs white daily as it is part of my muscle gain diet 1 scoop protein shake as post workout My rest diet consist of dal,roti,salad,dahi I also drink lot of water daily Will it cause any problem ?

It will definitely cause you problems. You are overloading your kidneys with very high protein content. Proteins are converted to urea. So far you have done only Uric acid levels. Please also do Urea, creatinine levels. Let's see if they also need treatment.
Next Steps
Gaining muscles is fine but don't expect to gain muscles overnight.
