B.P 170/90
Today my systolic BP has been from 140 to 180 to 170 in three attempts (from 7 pm to 10 pm) diastolic remained 90.Third attempt was one hour post taking Telmakind AM as suggested by the General Physician. I had regularly taken Telmakind AM tablet o.d basis offline consultation from my Physician. I was taking it irregularly before that as BP was normal 120 to 130 by 90. Should I continue Telmakind O.D or make it BD from tomorrow and any other suggestions please.

Recheck your BP. When were you diagnosed with hypertension? What was your BP at that time? You should not increase the dosage without consulting a physician.
Next Steps
Further consultation & evaluation required.
