B.P 170/90
Today my systolic BP has been from 140 to 180 to 170 in three attempts (from 7 pm to 10 pm) diastolic remained 90.Third attempt was one hour post taking Telmakind AM as suggested by the General Physician.
I had regularly taken Telmakind AM tablet o.d basis offline consultation from my Physician.
I was taking it irregularly before that as BP was normal 120 to 130 by 90.
Should I continue Telmakind O.D or make it BD from tomorrow and any other suggestions please.

When were you diagnosed with hypertension? What was your BP at that time?
