My mother age is 50 years old, she is doing physical activity at home, her bp and sugar is normal. Never had bp or sugar problem.Can she is at risk of heart attack even if she does not have bp or sugar? Please guide me.

It's been quite a long time since I'm having issue of chest pain. After all the tests and checkup, doctors said that it can be costochondritis. The pain hasn't gone yet but i feel shortness of breath sometimes. It gets okay after 10-15 minutes but I'm having it since last two days and it's not resolved yet. When I check my saturation, it comes 97-98. I'm still feeling shortness of breath. Please tell me what to do
