32/M.Fasting Bs 97.from last 15 days frequent urination,but from yesterday after 5 mins of urinating i feels some urine is stuck inside and after 10 minute i need to pass urine again. What to do

Yestarday I ate icecream drank cooldrink at once from then I am experiencing cold slight cough severe throatpain I am so wooried no loss of taste smell is this due to allergy or covid19

So, from many days i am seeing i get yellowish urine very frequently, i drink enough water 4-5litres daily. When i drink more i will pee more, then again yellowish hue comes up.. also i do have upset stomach, i feel nauseous since 2 days, but this yellow pee is persistent since long. I have done lft, tft, cbc and urine routine all were fine, should I do a kft? I do have an ectopic kidney, is it bec of that? And yes, i do not have any pain or burning while peeing, please guide me what to do. Or is it normal to pee yellow? Not too dark but yes, yellow csn be seen when it hits the pan...
