Flu

Previously around 7,8 months back I had the issue of heartburn and stomach upset and bloating. Heartburn went after the Ayurvedic treatment of around 3,4 months. But I am still facing frequent stomach issues. Though it is not regular as before but whenever I eat pulses , chole , rajma, or outside food (pizza, burger) or some fruits etc I again feel bloated and uncomfortable(no heartburn now). Also when I lie flat on my back, I feel pulling feeling below my chest in stomach. I can't lie flat for more than 15-20 minutes( no problems in any other position). Could you please know if the stomach issues are permanent and I have to keep lifetime distance from heavy foods. Also the pulling feeling below chest is strange and it's making me anxious. Why it can be ? I don't have problem in any other position.

50 years old mom has piles problem ,unable to sleep at night. Barely she sleeps for just 2 hours max. Also suggest non invasive treatment for piles

I am an unmarried pcod patient. I am having severe painful acne and I already have hair loss issues. I consulted a dermatologist who gave me isotretinoin 10mg and tracnil sachet to cure acne.. I was on isotretinoin 2 yrs before for 3 months. After 3 months I got severe hair loss as a side effect. So my doctor stopped the medication.. now I am on isotretinoin again.. will tracnil help me without having hair loss again? Or how can I control the side effect of hair thinning occuring again?

Recently, I tested with troponin-T blood test. Due to light chest pain. It's found that high sensitive troponin -T(ECLIA) is 5.13pg/ml deducted in my blood sample. is it normal range?they told me that below 14pg/ml is normal. But will tripping T 5.13pg/ml in blood is OK? Normal or further investigation is required? Please suggest me.. In blood is it found or not found for normal person please guide me.thanking you
