Dear Sir/Madam, I am feeling following symptoms since last 2-3 days. Burning sensation in my stomach and pain in lower left side of stomach Pinching/ stabbing pain in left side of chest, for 4-5 minutes or so in some time intervals. mostly in the night while I lay down. It hurts the back of the left chest also. Left side headache near to eyes and ear. Stomach always feels full till throat. Something moves around the stomach and chest. What is the problem and please advice best solution. Please find my latest lipid profile test report. Thanks.

My hbaic was 5.8 (05/01/2022) Fbc -73/83 Pp-81 Virtamin b 12 deficency , clinically suspected . After giving b12 supplement Hba1c down 5.5 on 18/01/2022 This time the doctor said pre diabetics ? Is was mis diagonoesd with pre diabetis ? Or , i am prediabetic ? No sugad history.
