Severe cough, the phlegm accumulated in the lungs accompanied by continuous breathing issue because of blocked nose and sneezing.

I had taken Pfizer vaccine 1st dose in US on 30th April'21. Couldn't take 2nd dose and in India since then. I am looking to go for Indian COVID vaccination. Also have done antibody test (IGG Clia Blood Serum) recently. It shows antibody levels of 1293. Is it ok to go for Indian vaccine at this stage? If yes which one? And both doses I understand? I am excess mucus production in nose, whenever i clean the nose by removing the mucus, quantity of phlegm is high and the colour is clear white. Most of the thing is happening in right nose, right throat, right throat itchy and due to that itchyness i am having occasional coughing which is Phlegm and dry both. But no any other issue. No fever or no covid symptoms. But mucus production is high. This is the first time it is happening to me.
