Sir or mam Mostly plz can u explain me which ratio of labels in bp machine is normal according to a healthy person. Plz explain me systolic ratio and dystolic ratio how much ratio in between is normal and how much pulse rate in between to a normal healthy person is normal. I just heard 140/80  to 140/90 is normal so plz can u clear it mostly I check my ratio my pulse rate always come in between 60 to 75 in between And mostly I do running everyday till 25 min to 30 min continuesly without any min breaks do workout 1 hours every day ..completing 9000 steps in 1 days previously im 107 kg 6 feet tall now doing running .brisiwalking .Zyming .diet changing and eating foods without oil .with litle salt now I got my weight 87kg.Eating dryfruits like soaked anjeer. Almonds and pistachio all 2 pices is good for heart health na nd green mong sprouts .drinking beetroot carrot mix juice everyday not make a weight gain na .drinking this juice is good for maintaning a pressure im attaching labels

Sole of the right foot very painful... have difficulty walking. Up and down movement worsens the pain. Uric acid tested 8.1 and GGPT at 190.
