Sir my father is having some problelms like chest pain, stomach ache, and feels like something near throat dizziness some times and also recently he is diagnosed with hypertension (high ) is this symptoms related to gastric or any breathing related issue

problelms like chest pain, stomach ache, and feels like something near throat--MAY BE DUE TO GERD---GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE ;HIATUS HERNIA ETC WHERE THE STOMACH CONTENTS --RISE UP IN OESOPHAGUS AND MAY REACH THROAT --ESPECIALLY DURING SLEEPING --------CAUSING BURNING SENSATION AND PAIN IN ABDOMEN;MIDDLE OF CHEST AND IRRITATION IN THROAT .
HYPERTENSION CAN CAUSE DIZZINESS.
