Radiating pain
I've been having radiating pain from middle left abdomen to left middle back sometimes.
Did usg and attested with it.
Everything is fine except left kidney has calculus.
I've same radiating pain from middle right abdomen to right middle back mostly( did MRI spine no problem)
My doubt is doctor
Does left kidney stone also cause right back dull pain?
I've been taking
Rantac 1-0-1
Domperidone 1-0-1
Still having pain.
What should I do next doctor?
It's disturbing sleep

In fact even your stone in left kidney is not the cause of pain on left side. Nor can it cause pain on right side.
Your sonography is normal. You say that your MRI of the spine is normal.
I think you are talking adequate treatment for your symptoms.
Next Steps
If you don't improve with the treatment you should consult your doctor for reexamination. May be something comes up.
