Kindly provide a detailed history. How many days have you been suffering from this problem? Is there any history of heavy weight lifting, trauma, prolonged standing, or excessive walking/running? Please also mention your occupation and the type of footwear you usually wear. These details will help me assess your condition accurately and guide you with the most appropriate treatment

Pain that worsens with deep breathing is more suggestive of a musculoskeletal or pleuritic cause (such as an intercostal muscle strain or inflammation of the chest wall lining) than a breast problem. However, pain on the left side of the chest should not be assumed to be benign without evaluation. I recommend a clinical examination. Depending on the findings, an ECG, chest X-ray, and other investigations may be required to rule out cardiac, lung, or other chest wall conditions. If you develop crushing chest pain, pain radiating to the arm, jaw or back, shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, or fainting, seek emergency medical care immediately.
