My mother aged 58 years is a type 2 diabetic and on insulin at night.From yesterday she has  cough and constanstly coughing making her feel uneasy and worse at night.pls advice on any medicine or syrup what is best for her for instant relief.As of now she has not taken any tablet or syrup drinking ginger tea and hot water. PLS ADVICE. Thanks.

From one month Actualy while I eating I got cut in my mouth right cheeks uper side . And it's gow swollen .. became white fully .and it's paining when I awake after sleep it's feel like too much pain . Than ii took some antibiotics and the white patches removed .. but at one spot a small white plaque is there and pain is sever in early mornings . And than litle bit reduces in days . . Sir, Can we take Vitamin D capsules without any prescription. If yes, can we take weekly one in the mornings for a month and then stop. Please advise.

Her TO and TH in widal test, both are 1:16. Is this Typhoid fever ? However, she do not have regular fever,only during evening she feel lil feverish and then take Paracitamol and along with Cefix O, otherwise she is all good during day

I'm 26 year old and I'm facing stomach issues from 3 days. I go to toilet for 3 to 4 times a day. 1st day, I got loose motion like a water with some dysentery and strong smell otherwise my motions are very loose (not like water but loose) because of this problem. I has fever also in the 1st day. yesterday morning, I felt a little bit lower stomach pain and when I go to toilet, I found loose stool mixed with dysentery and some fresh red blood dots (not mixed), are not easily visible. this happened only one time. No stomach pain now, Only burps was so much yesterday which is not today I think. I'm in prescription of Cephalexin 500 and Metronidazole 400 from yesterday by our home doctor.

I have done with my full body checkup on 29th September 2021 and vitamin D level comes 10.73 ng/ml (deficiency). I am taking vitamin D3 60,000 once a week after meal. How much time it will take to cure deficiency? Or how many months should I continue with this capsule?
