My friend is feeling dizziness and tiredness, she feels headache even after waking up. She says thinking about work worsen her headache. No bp, no diabetes, she lost weight because of stress. Hb is 10.5 Please suggest her some healthy supplements to make her feel energetic

Sir, i have blood pressure around 160/105 continuosly fluctuating from 145 to 160 . What will i do i have history of anxity . Now bp is not coming down, i have taken alprex .

So since yesterday, i am seeing that my stomach feels awful/upset and i feel slight nauseous, i had an ultrasound in September which had shown a 2.6mm gb polyp. I had the ultrasound due to the stomach problems only, apart from the polyp, everything else was normal. Cbc, lft and urine and thyroid all normal. I have done lft thrice already.. But why this stomach problem, m afraid of cancer, i dnt have any siblings or my parents who suffered with cancer.. i did have a little acid reflux feeling yesterday morning as well as today, m urinating a lot, maybe due to cold weather, and nausea. This is the issue :/. Also my stools are yellowish but normal, and i have smelly farts. I am really scared plz help me! I dont eat junk food, i eat less spicy food, also i eat more oats, can this cause it? Also avoiding dairy products... Please guide me. :(

Dear Doc, Mom intaking medicine for diabetes, BP and bone erosion. Last 3 days mom had flu and cough. Flu stopped after few tablets of doctor advise. But cough stands more than 30s to 1 min now. While cough sound like wet but while foamed white saliva Cummings not a green or yellow one.( cough make too much head pain body pain and sleepless night for her). Please advise
