Any medicine for throat pain Currently taking azithromycin 500mg but pain in throat kindly help me

Dear Doctor, I have severe sneezing and wheezing and my eyes, ears are also itching and having irritation. Sneezing for more than 100 times in a day, min 10 to 20 each time i sneeze is making my life miserable also struggling with sleepless nights. Which is increasing my symptoms even higher. How to tackle this issue? I found my eosinophils count is a little higher than expected. Complete blood report i am yet to receive. But this problem is consistent since more than 3 years. Suggest me a way to get out of this miserable living doctor. When I sneeze urine leaks. Morning soon i wake up i sneeze like hell and my stools also leaks due to severe and unstoppable sneezing. Hope you are able to see the life in short i am living. I don't know which treatment or which specialist is suitable to treat my problem. Please help the best to direct me to the correct treatment. Hi I am 40Y old and tested Blood Sugar, fasting- 249 & PP- 291. This is the first time I tested my blood sugar and found to be high. I am changing my complete lifestyle to non sugar and low oil diets with exercises. Can I stop medicines (ZUKANORM M 1000MG, PRODEP 20 MG) as I started only 2 days back. O will check again after 15 days to see if it's go down.

So since few days I have been seeing that whenever clothes get rubbed on my armpit i feel weird ticklish as if someone is tickling me and i have to adjust my clothes and sleep.. i wear the same clothes that i use to wear earlier, I didn't even get fat, then why is this happening? It happens more while I posture myself to sleep! Its weird and irritates me, please help me, if this is due to any sensitivity or something!

Severe pain in left hand specially in the lower part(palm and fingers) and in back... No medicin is showing any effect.
