Whole abdomen ultrasound
Multiple well defined variable sized hypoechoic lesion in periportal(31mm×13mm) peripancreatic, upper paraaortic(34mm×21mm) and mesentric(26mm×18mm) suggestive of lymph nodes. What is the problem here? What do these signify?

Lymphnodes are enlarged. May be because of infection... inflamation..etc Send photo of the report Needs to be corrected clinically.
