I have swollen lymph nodes on the  back of the head (top of neck) both sides and after i take bath to head i feel severe headache and pressure inside the head. Pressure is also present since 2 years. In blood test, it showed more RBC and lymphocytes but less neutrophils. Is this something more severe i should worry about. I have history of migraine too. Should I consult. Is this serious symptom of a life threatning disease.

23 I have Gilbert's syndrome and dust allergies. Lately my allergies have been triggered, so I am taking cetrizine 0.5mg every alternate day or at 2 days (gap). Safe to take with Gilbert's syndrome? Nasal Sprays don't work for me.
