Fissure pain past 5 weeks
Dear doctor , How long does fissure pain last? I have no bleeding no pain for passing stool no constipation. All I have is a constant pain In one particular region of anus past 5 weeks. Can I do a course of tolpa d? I have desk job n I'm sitting for continuous 3/4 hours sometimes at a stretch . Please help

Just popping pain killers  won't help you. There are topical medicines which are more helpful than pain killers.

Sit in warm water twice a day for 5 days, take more vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, sit on soft surface
