My body sways a bit towards back while standing or sitting. While walking, its fine. Also, I feel a bit dizzy and am unable to focus with my right eye. What can it be?

I am having cough and sore throat. Mostly the cough is dry and sometimes have running nose. Cough gets severe sometimes causing pain in the throat.

I had a routine CBC check and found elevated WBC (11.1), RBC (4.89) and Neutrophils (8.11). I have no fever only had some mild urinary burning and dehydration on the day of the test which has gone now. Also have some itching that comes every evening. Are these numbers alarming ? Any other tests I should do since I have no other symptoms. ESR is 21 and CRP 0.79.

I have completed 3doses of vaccine.1dose is still left.i got a small white mark on my hand from a stray puppy.i took my first vaccine after 48 hours.is there any possibility that I can be effected from rabies now?i will definitely take the 4th dose.can these 3doses save from possible rabies infection?

I am getting very less sleep of 6hours . And now a days I am experiencing sometimes my eyes becomes heated and it irritates and it pains along with headache neck pain also feverish feels shivering from inside. I take paracetamol whenever it happens to reduce I have eye power which is I think not proper and also I had to spent 8hours in front of mobile and laptop as I am a working woman.Today I felt extreme diziness from eye to head and feverish body chills also having leg cramps and irritation in both eyes. Dont know why it is happening is it due cold weather or not. Please suggest me advice.
