Bio d3 max dosage
Sir i am taking Bio d3 max capsule , as suggested by my dr. But i live in small place and the dr. is not Mbbs. So what should be the right dose for this medicine. Should i take it daily or not. I am having TMJ problem in my jaw and pain below my ear. That's why dr given me this medicine.

Can you consume for better evaluation and treatment. Just popping multivitamins won't help

Its a multi vitamin tablet. U need to evaluate cause of your pain. It can be due to infection or inflammation or musculoskeletal. For time u can take tab chymotrypsin 1tab morning and evening. It will decrease ur pain and inflammation if any. Further management consult
