Vitamin D3 60k dosage
I am getting Vitamin D3 deficiency regularly. Usually the dosage prescribed my Dr. will be 60 k capsule weekly once for 8 or 12 weeks. Since I am getting regularly this deficiency, Dr. Suggested me to take 1 capsule per month for next 1 year. Can I capsule 60k per month for life long? Please guide.

Can continue to take but keep checking levels every 3 months to rule out toxicity. Also exercise and take get recommended sunlight in morning hours
