Good moarning doctor . My brother is having fever with body pain and sore throat tomorrow he goes to dctor for treatment and but his wife and 11 month baby had also having fever and his wife feeling body pain also with fever Please help me Suggest me something for treatment

I got injury with stainless steel knife yesterday afternoon. Do I need a tetanus injection ??? last time I had got  tetanus injection in 2019. Pic is attached. I cleaned my wound with Dettol and water please tell whether injection is needed or not? Little swelling is there around wound. Is it required to take injection within 24hrs??

So i was having stomach issues since months, seems it's due to antral gastritis because of h pylori positive. I am taking medications for that. But also i have seen small strains of red blood in stool, is it due to haemmoroids? Attached images. Probably due to h pylori i fart a lot and sometimes it's burning fart even though i dont eat spicy or oily or any junk food, also inside my anus it feels like tingling. Is that why blood is coming? M scared!

My brother is currently suffering from coughing. Earlier he was suffering from fever (100 - 102 °C) with sore throat since 4 days. I gave him medicines which includes dolo 650mg and Azithromycin tablet twice a day and a cough syrup 1 tablespoon thrice a day. After that he recovered from fever. Now due to coughing problem he has gone through RT-PCR test and his result was positive. I even checked his Pulse Rate (90) and Oxygen Saturation level(97), but it was also normal. Details of RT-PCR test is mentioned in the attachment. Kindly suggest me some advice regarding this.

I am suffering from seasonal cold and cough allergy. Due to cold weather I am having cough and tonsils. I have my second dose of vaccine to be taken today . Is it safe to take vaccine while having cold allergy?

Good morning Dr.My mother has been complaining about persistent pain in the left foot and heaviness too sometimes.. She also says there's pain sometimes in the thigh too.. Past two days also pain in the centre of the back sometimes upper sometimes lower..In the last two weeks she has got bouts of giddiness twice in the night at 2am and 4am.. both times associated with nausea and a feeling of passing stools... once she did move bowels... since then have been giving her vertin 8mg twice daily.. don't know what her problem is related to and which Dr to consult.. that's why asking a general physician.When I apply a gel or give her Dolo the pain subsides.. Kindly advice Dr.She is a diabetic with good control.

My mother has very much dry cough. She has no fever. Only dry cough. Which medicine will be better please suggest

Nowadays I'm facing problems while brushing. I feel like vomiting even though I didn't put my brush deep inside my mouth. I didn't have this issue before. But nowadays every morning I feel like vomiting I can't brush properly. Why is it happening? & What should I do? It is the same toothpaste I was using. Never had this problem.
