My tongue is slightly scalloped. I have attached pictures of my tongue. Is it swollen ? Is this macroglossia ? Thank you for your input.

It is a normal tongue. It is certainly not macroglossia.

Your pictures are of very low resolution. Macroglossia means thick and beefy tongue, without any ridges, like that of a cow. Do you have that? then you should be concerned. If not, do not worry.
