Methylprednisolone and Blood pressure
My mother is High BP patient and she is 60 years old and suffering from Nerve related issues like sleep disc. Doctor has advised her to take Methylprednisolone two tablets for 5 days  (1)Methylprednisolone increase the blood pressure of body? Pls advise.

Yes but not much you should keep an eye on blood pressure.Do BP charting twice a day

just monitor the bp ..we can adjust the dose of antihypertensive accordingly even if methylpred is continued
