Low t4 level
My t3 and tsh is in normal range but t4 is little low...i am worried. No other disease, no symptoms. Hba1c is 6.1. Do i need to bo worried? What should i do?

if you're not having any symptoms,  no intervention required. ps- get free t3 and free t4 along with tsh after a month..not the total one

You should follow a diabetic diet . Start some physical activity on regular basis. 1. Sugar,jam,syrup,honey, sweets, chocolate, fruit juice, icecream, cold drink, glucose drink, cake, pastries, sweet biscuit strictly prohibited. 2.Bread, chapati,oats, cornflakes, cheese, butter, rice, milk and milk products, chicken, fish, mutton  can have in very moderate amount.( Some times) 3. you  can eat these things on a regular basis :   1.Salad ( cucumber, tomato, onion,raddish,   carrot) 2.Vegetables (cabbage,baigan,lady finger, french beans,methi,palak) 3.Fruits  sab kha saktay hai  par banana chickoo or mango nahi khana hai... 4.Sprouted beans and pulses...5.marie biscuit... 6.clear soups...7.lemon juice... 8.mttha

Total T3 and T4 values have no relevance. Free T4 and Free T3 have clinical significance. As per as your HBA1C report goes, its in pre-diabetic range.
