Your BP is absolutely in the normal range. We can always expect a bit high pulse in case of fever as it is body's response to the foreign microbe. Don't worry u have an abdolutely normal blood pressure. And yes keep doing the thyroid function test every 3 months for knowing ur body's response to the medications.
Next Steps
Kindly consult for detailed evaluation

Good morning, as you mentioned here that your BP is 130/70 is normal, so no need to worry about your BP as of now. But if you feel chest pain, easy fatigue, breathing difficulty on working then it's better you get complete Lipid Profile once. Here you also mentioned that you are having cold from past 3 days, if it is not associated with fever, chills, the you can take TAB MONTEK-LC 0-0-1 FOR 5 DAYS and see if your symptoms subside. If it is associated with cough you can take SYRUP RAPITUS PLUS 10ML-0-10ML FOR 5 DAYS. If your symptoms doesn't subside within 3 days then do one CBC and contact. For thyroid, you can do a Thyroid Profile every 3-6 months and can be treated accordingly.
