I had symptoms same as common cold however one of my local doctor asked me to get myself tested for covid. Result came positive however i don't have any symptoms after 2 days of test. Is it possible that RT pcr test gave false positive result? Do i need to do any blood test?

From past 4-5days i am coughing. It is Not always. When i am sleeping or talking. No fever nor any thing else. Voice became low.

Respectful Sir, Is the said issue a concern? I did incidental test for abdomen (ultrasound) by self and came to know that there is a Mild Hepatomegaly with grade 1 infiltration of hepatic parenchyma. Hence kindly suggest is that a cause of concern! Please do suggest what precautions should I take for clearing the problem. Is it life threatening? Other parts in the ultrasound look normal. But then did a liver function test and everything look normal except SGPT/ALT which is 76 IU/L. The reference range was 41 IU/L. Hence I request your inference in this issue and clear the dilemma. Respectful Sir/Madam, On incidental ultrasound of abdomen for my partner, it came to know that ~2.9mm of tiny gall bladder polyps which are small hyperechoic focus and no posterior acoustic shadowing. Is this a cause of concern? Kindly advise the further course at this time of panic. Does the use of medication can clear the problem! I humbly request for your clarification on the course of action to be taken. Thank You

Nose closed from 10-12 days already taken Otrivin nasal spray and Motek LC tablet, still no relief. Cough is also came, but I have no any problem in throat and I don't have any fever only nose closed.

In morning i took dolo 650 with combiflame and within an hour my fever dropped from 102.6 to 98.9. It remained effective for about 6-7 hours then again my fever rised to 102.3 , this time i took dolo 650 but my fever is not dropping from last 2.5 hours. Is it ok if i take combiflame again with dolo 650? Pls suggest. Tomorrow i'll go for rtpcr test but today i need something to get rid of this fever . Pls help

Hi, Every night my husband is feeling shortening in breathing and exhaustion. From many days not sleeping properly. He doesn't have any issue in day time but difficulty in night time only. Without any other symptoms only problem with breathing and exhaustion.. oxygen levels are normal. Chest xray report is also normal.. anything serious?

Hello doctor, we are 6 members in my family. Last year may 2021 my husband tested covid positive with 25% lung involvement was on O2 support (30 days). It's been six month since he recovered. Got 2 doses of covishield (took last dose on 28th december). Now expect me and my husband all tested covid positive becoz we both are out of home. Now he have to go home( no one is there to help). 1.My question is will he affect again? 2.If yes will he get severe illness again (because of past lung involvement). 3.What precautions will he take?

I recently made a trip where i have been in temp of till -10 deg. My feet were not much protected mostly. Since when i have come back.. I am having huge pain in both of my foot, downside of it. Its hard to stand and pain remains otherwise too. I think its likely due to exposure to extreme cold but not sure and suspecting frostbite. I need a suggestion what it can possibly be, which speciality it falls in and what can be the reasons. Which type of doc should i refer?

I had cold and fever and was prescribed antibiotics. However, once the course completed and I was better, I started having severe constipation. My bowel movements are currently painful as well. Kindly suggest any medication or probiotics if it helps. Thanks!
