My stomach feels tight and bloated. My stomach is hard. Having diarrhea and loss of appetite and weakness.

I am 30 and height is 5'2 I gained weight this lockdown so i started work out from last week so after a week I took rest for two days but then I feel feverish with body ache so i checked temperature but it was normal I.e. 96.6 - 98.3 so the issue is its been 3 days i still feel the same is it normal or do i need to worry about my health.

For last 3months he started snoring even when in light sleep. Previously it never happened, suddenly it started 3months back. Please suggest some medicine.

Male 26 sedentary lifestyle , no smoke or drink , no covid infection ,vaccinated , no known diseases in my annual health checkup last year in june 2021 my Hba1c was 6.0 and fasting sugar 101 today my fasting sugar was 110(12hours fasting). and my RBS 2.5 hrs after meal was 181. my Hba1c was 6.3. hence hba1c increased 0.3 in 8 months . also 2 days before this exam i had too much sweets and potatoes and poori (literally like 250g pack of sweets at dinner) and after dinner during night i was urinating often so i got strange idea to check my sugar using glucometre and it came at 246. again after that night ,next night after pizza as dinner it stayed at 201 in glucometre ( 2 hrs later) today after breakfast ( light veg sandwich) RBS was 181. am i full blown diabetic. could this be type 1.

My father (66yrs) has been suffering from moderate constipation symptoms and his bowels are not regular at all. He is also losing his appetite. Till now he has no fever, but has been experiencing a slight occassional pain in the epigastric region. Since our family physician is not available currently, could anyone suggest a medicine to resolve this problem? He had taken a dulcoflex tablet yesterday but it didn't solve the problem at all. Which is good 27mg  ferochel or 325mg ferrous sulphate as iron supplement. Similarly which is good 500mcg methylcoblamin B12 or 500mcg Cynocoblamin B12. Is both together can cure aneama due to heavy menstrual bleeding.
