Hi, immediately after eating ice cream or any cold drink, within 2 days I start getting huge mucus, cough cold, runny nose followed by body pain, etc. I have allergic rhinitis and bronchitis. Any tips to have ice cream without catching cold and cough ?

Try to avoid eating ice cream is only solution for your problem. But you may have it with certain precautions like gargles with lukewarm water after eating ice cream. Medicines wont help you.
