I have washed it a lot of times and applied anti septic as well. Is there anything I need to do.

My platelet has reduced from 158000 in april 2025 to 110000 in June 2025 and now in just 15 days it further rduced to 80000. My mov increased from 12.9 to 14.2, i have bruise on my both legs. Wbc increased from 7070 in june to 9300 in july 2025. Is this suggestive of leukaemia or rheumatoid arthritis
