Rabies Vaccine

Hello Doctor, I wanted your guidance regarding my rabies vaccination. I was scratched by a dog on 10 August (night). * First dose: 11 August (Tripura, Xprab). * Second dose: 14 August (Kolkata, Rabivax-S as Xprab was not available). * Third dose: 22 August (Kolkata, Rabivax-S; delayed, was supposed to be taken on 18 August). The dog was alive and healthy until I was in Tripura but I came to know that he died on 15 September after suffering from hind legs paralysis for an unknown period of time. I am concerned because: 1. My third dose was delayed. 2. The vaccine brands were different (Xprab first, Rabivax-S for later doses). 3. I want to know if I should complete further doses, repeat the course, or take any additional measures. Please advise me on the correct next steps. Thank you.

Clarify if I need a rabies vaccine

A stray dog was near my gate. On the cement floor, I saw some blood and possibly saliva from the dog. After about 10–12 minutes, I poured water on that spot. Some of that water splashed back onto my foot, about 7–10 cm away from my nail-removed wound. After another 10 minutes, I washed my leg with pump water, and some water entered the wound. There was no bite, no scratch from the dog, and no direct contact of fresh saliva with my wound. Only the splash from the floor water touched near it. In this situation, do I need to take rabies post-exposure vaccine, or is it considered safe?

Need second opinion on going for angio

Experiencing angina-like symptoms for 1 month: chest pressure, heavy jaw, and left shoulder/arm pain at rest and on exertion. Investigations: • CT coronary angiogram last year: normal, no major blockages • Stress echo in June: normal • Last TMT a month ago: normal • Cardiologist consultation 2 weeks ago: ECG, ECHO troponin normal Currently taking Bisoprolol 2.5 mg and DULOEXTINE Cardiologist says can do angiogram, but I prefer to avoid it. He said a repeat CCTA isn’t needed so soon. Question: Are there any other options to rule out heart issues?
