Male,53 yrs,80 kg,157 cm I have tummy and chin fat quite high .In order to reduce fat and reshape my body, can I cut short my diet to half on daily basis?Which protein rich foods shall help in this journey? Please advise 🙏.

I've question regarding anti-rabies vaccination. I've exposure on March 17th and have first vaccination on same day. And I've my fourth dose intramuscular on 31st. My last dose is at 14th April. Before last dose I've again dog bite on 10th April. Should i again have the booster dose or just complete by 5th dose for full protected?

Age - 23 , Female  I was feeling gastric like since last 10 days bt after 5 days my stomach started aching after that I took cyra ls one at morning , stomach ache was gone bt after 2 days of cyra ls i am feeling like vomiting and for last 3 days I am feeling vomiting and mild ache in stomach. I'm 30 years old from bangalore. I have been having this Chest pain since two months. Consultant couple of doctors and did ECG and Echo Screening too. Everything is normal, yet pain is not reducing. Something pain will start in middle chest, side left chest. I did Chest x-ray and Blood test too. Since there is no sign of reducing. I'm worried now What should I do?

I have buttermilk in afternoon ..can I take ultra  omega 3 capsule after dinner as it is said that having fish and milk products can have skin issues in the person. Please tell me.
