Can I take paracetamol 500 for headache if my BP is low??or I can also take dsr for gastric issue in low blood pressure...my blood pressure remains 90 60

I have this issue for 5 days . i have abdomen pain for few mins . but once the gas passes out the body the pain subsides and even after pooping and back to routine some times i have a sensation of like to poop but after few seconds . i dont feel that sensation. please help me with this .

I actually used to take deworming tablet Albendazole 400 mg every 6 months or whenever i felt irritated or itchy while passing stool or at night. This time its not having any affect or at ease so could some doc suggest me what to do or which tablet to take?

Hello doctor, I am facing symptoms like lower head heaviness, left ear pain, left leg and feet pain, pain in the arm and hand especially on the left side, cannot focus on moving objects with both the eyes, dizziness. My ear is normal after getting checked with an ENT specialist, but there's a lot of pain in the ears. After waking up in the morning, it is difficult to walk with the left leg because it gets stiffed and hurts while walking. The whole body has stiffness in the morning. Lower back stiffness and pain too, what could these refer to? And when I try to neck exercises, I get dizziness the whole day. Thanks

Today one cow touched his mouth on my hand  elbow then after 10 mins  I touched my elbow on my cloth then mistakenly I touched that area of cloth and put hand on open wound can I get rabies in this case ?
