Dear Doctor, I am writing to you today because my wife is experiencing elevated blood pressure, approximately 150/100, twelve days after giving birth. We consulted with a general physician who prescribed Amlokind AT in the morning and Telrose (40/10) in the evening. My primary concern revolves around the Telrose medication, as it contains 10mg of Rosuvastatin. I am unsure about its safety during breastfeeding and am quite anxious about this situation, especially considering my wife's elevated blood pressure. Any guidance or advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

I've taken eldoper on monday and tuesday was fine. However, diarrhoea was back on Wednesday, so i took a sporlac but to no effectiveness. I still have diarrhea. How long should i continue to take sporlac? Is there a solution to this ?

His Groin has severe burn like skin rashes...the upper skin is fully rashed and worn out.He has been walking continuously for 2 days in bolbum ,a 100 km path. It could have been due to that ...but seeing the severity it seems this might be due a insect bite also.howeverr he is in severe pain and a constant burning sensation. I am using Megaheal as of now along with tbact .And Paracetamol,Pan DSR, as well as ammoxyclav tablet. Is there anything else I should be worried about.We first noticed it on Saturday.And it's been 5 days now..but there is not much relief.What else we can do here.

I recently shifted to Mumbai for higher studies and every single day I have been dealing with anxiety and heart palpitations due to stress. It's getting really difficult cause I'm unable to take part in any activity and lag behind. I've always had anxiety but now it's hindering my daily life. Every single second of the day I'm worrying about one thing or another if I try taking part in any activity my heart starts beating fast, my hands start shivering my face gets red and it feels really embarrassing. I want to get checked but I don't know which specialist I should go to, I live near kj somaiya hospital so if anyone can advise if I can get help there please let me know cause even thinking about going to the hospital is giving me anxiety but I think I need help

My echo report picture shows a table with EF( teich) at 41.51% and %FS at 19.74%,while report shows Ejaction fraction at 60%. Please suggest which one EF is correct and is it a normal echo report?? Echo report and sonography pictures attached for reference.

My Vit D level is 13.7, and B12 is 190. My hemoglobin is also low at 9.8. Kindly suggest. Thank you.

I’m experiencing a throbbing headache localized to the left temple area, within a 3–4 cm radius. The pain started suddenly last night before sleep as a sharp, intense sensation and continued until I fell asleep. However, when I woke up during the night, the pain was not present. After waking up in the morning, the headache gradually returned and has been ongoing for several hours. The pain comes in waves — sometimes milder, sometimes more intense — and increases while chewing. I’ve also noticed occasional numbness over the same area. There was a gap of about 9 hours between my last meal and the onset of the headache, although the earlier meal was heavy. This kind of headache has never happened to me before. There’s been no vomiting, vision issues, fever, or confusion. I have a history of fatty liver and high SGPT levels. I’d like your help in understanding what may be causing this?

I feel pain in  inside left side of my cheek for last 7 days It looks like wound.. It does not heal itself

Dog bit me yesterday on lower leg while on scooty but due to jeans no bleeding or scratch just a negligible red spot , I already had first dose of rabies vaccine along with tetanus, do I still need rig ? I have attached photo for your reference.
