My Vit D level is 13.7, and B12 is 190. My hemoglobin is also low at 9.8. Kindly suggest. Thank you.

I’m experiencing a throbbing headache localized to the left temple area, within a 3–4 cm radius. The pain started suddenly last night before sleep as a sharp, intense sensation and continued until I fell asleep. However, when I woke up during the night, the pain was not present. After waking up in the morning, the headache gradually returned and has been ongoing for several hours. The pain comes in waves — sometimes milder, sometimes more intense — and increases while chewing. I’ve also noticed occasional numbness over the same area. There was a gap of about 9 hours between my last meal and the onset of the headache, although the earlier meal was heavy. This kind of headache has never happened to me before. There’s been no vomiting, vision issues, fever, or confusion. I have a history of fatty liver and high SGPT levels. I’d like your help in understanding what may be causing this?

Urologist found that my liver size is increased(liver chirossis) its measured around 16.67 and gallbladder wall is mildly thicken between 5-6 and I haven't taken any precautions yet due to some personal issues so can somebody prescribed me some medicines for few days until my treatment start because I'm in pain?

I delivered a baby 7 months ago . Since past 2-3 days I feel pain in lower legs& arms in night when I lie down to sleep & in the morning when I wake up. Also the hand gets numb once or twice , once I move it gets normal. My son 13 year old he going to swminng pool come home he has fever and lest ear pain i saw doctor he clean ear vax removal and 7 days antibiotic tablet and eardrop vax removal after ear discharge i going second ent doctor he saw ear and he said niddle type hole in eardrum he take same medicine antibiotic and eardrop my son totally feet taken this medicine no pain no discharge but today 2 time fresh water discharge in ear without pain i saw google he say its csf otorrhea i am scared my child no any history is truma and accident what no any other symptoms only frsh water discharge in ear please guide me what happened

I got severe vitamin b and d deficiency almost a year ago. My vitamin level was less than 100 pg/ml and vitamin d was 20 ng/ml. After taking supplements (neurobion plus & vitamin d shot) for 3 to 4 months it came to normal range (b12 came to 490 pg/ml & d3 came to 45ng/ml). The physician then suggested to take neurobion plus on and off for 15 days with a gap of couple of months to main b12 levels. I did not take any supplement from last three months and got the levels tested recently since I was getting fatigue and little tingling/numbness in feet and thigh My B12 came as 400 pg/ml & D3 came 30 ng/ml. Do I need to continue supplements. Please suggest supplement name, dose and duration..
