While I was watching a movie in the cinema hall, i felt some insect bite like sensation in my leg but in darkness could not give much attention & later during intermission noticed food items being strewn on the floor. After coming home I saw a single bite like mark(skin break) in the sheen bone area. If there is a chance of a Rat bite then what treatment should I take ? Already took tetanus toxoid vaccine today. Anti rabies vaccination taken in August 2022 - 4 doses (Dog scratch), January 2023 - 2 doses(Dog scratch), June 2024 - 2 doses (Cat scratch). Thank You for valuable advice.

From the last 4-5 days when I'm coughing it pains me on the right side of the chest it happens only during coughing and when I lay down straight or on the right side. At times it doesn't even hurt during coughing as well but at times it's there. I'm worried and seeking guidance.

I have persistent jaw pain sometimes at night for several hours. I had some cocktail today and it came back. It happens in my left jaw and happens in other areas of face as well. My ecg, echo and tmt were normal as I went to a cardiologist the first time I had it.

I've been experiencing muscle spasms much more frequently lately. They used to occur about once every three months, but now it's happening almost weekly. What's more, they're no longer confined to my legs; they've spread to my upper body. I even get jaw spasms during yawning, which are so severe they lock my mouth open for 20-30 seconds, causing significant pain. I also experience painful leg cramps during sleep if I stretch. Hello I got the usg of whole abdomen and the results are as follows: Gall bladder optimally distended. No intraluminal or any lesion is seen. Wall is not thickened. Gall bladder fossa is normal. Does this mean something up with my gall bladder? Please suggest
