Unfortunately can’t recommend it, as most of their products have heavy metals which are known to cause damage to kidneys, liver etc. All the best. J G S R clinic

Yes,its help a lot. Continue tapering antidepressants slowly with your psychiatrist's oversight to avoid withdrawal. Schedule sessions with a CBT therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner. Non-medication treatments like therapy, lifestyle changes, and Ayurvedic practices can effectively help manage anxiety and depression.

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician (Ex Govt Medical Officer at RML Hospital, New Delhi), and your case has been allotted to me. Thank you for sharing this honestly. Living with anxiety and depression for many years and seeing symptoms return when medicines are reduced can be very frustrating. Your concern about long term use and dependence is completely understandable. First, an important point to clarify in simple words: Most medicines used for anxiety and depression are not addictive. The reason symptoms return on tapering is because the brain has adjusted to the medication, and stopping or reducing too fast causes relapse. This does not mean weakness or addiction. Can Ayurveda help Ayurveda can be supportive, but it is usually not a direct replacement for psychiatric medicines in long standing cases. It may help in: • Reducing stress levels • Improving sleep and digestion • Supporting overall mental balance Ayurvedic treatment should always be taken under a qualified practitioner, not self medication. What works best long term • Very slow tapering of medicines under medical supervision • Psychotherapy or CBT, which is extremely important • Regular sleep routine, exercise, and breathing practices • Ayurveda or yoga as additional support, not as sudden replacement Stopping medicines abruptly or relying only on alternative systems often leads to relapse, which you have already experienced. My advice Do not stop or taper medicines on your own. A planned, gradual approach with the right support gives the best chance of long term stability and eventual reduction. For a one to one discussion and personalised plan, you can reach out to me on WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven. You are not alone. With the right approach, things do get better.
