From my recent health report my creatine level turned out to be 0.65 (0.70 - 1.20) , along with drinking plenty of water is it safe to take creatine monohydrate ?

I have recently tested thyroid, lipid profile. My thyroid (tsh) is 6.5 and T3,T4 normal. Also my triglyceride is normal but cholesterol LDL is 164.
