Weight loss issue ...
I m hypothyroidism patient... i have this  from the age i think 15 .. since then I have started thyronorm tablet... every 3 month its an routine that i take full body checkup that include lipid, cbc, urine,thyroid profile, kidney test ... I don't have any problem related to pcod ... recently I have received the results from the routine test ... from which tsh is 3.98  for which i m taking 75mcg earlier it was TSH 9.1, uric acid 7.7 , ... I m trying to reduce my weight but not able to do so only inches are losing not weight ... I m soo much tired doing so currently I m 85kg ... I walked 10000 steps still not helping ... plus sometimes i feel I can't reduced I m soo much demotivated ... everyone say this is ur marriage age u have soo many problem blah blah .... even i consult my doc he is saying don't take any weight loss medicine ... what do i do then ...... my lipid profile current one Cholestrol 213 HDL 62 TG 120 VLDL 24 LDL 126 2.0 LDL/HDL RATIO

Monitor Blood Pressure, Glucose (HbA1C), Lipid profile, Liver function test and continue to stay active. If you have not had an Ultrasound scan of your abdomen, get one done. With above information doctors can assess your risk of what is called ‘Cardio-Metabolic’ syndrome. If you are in the low risk group then additional weight loss measures are not indicated.
