Heavy exercises can't be done as due to RHD,cardiomegaly is present because of that patient has problem in doing heavy exercises it will lead her to frequent breathlessness. Can weight loss medications can be prescribed like orlistat or any other weight loss drug. Considering the side effects of the drug. Please give me a suggestion it will be very helpful.
