It might cause little weight loss but that is mainly water weight that got accumulated due to hypothyroid.. since levothyroxine treats the cause thatswhy you lose bit of it.. but nothing to worry!! For further questions you can consult me online...

Yes. In hypothyrodism due to lack of thyroid hormone weight increase. But after medicine weight will decrese. Exercise along with will be a great help.
