Visit a hospital or internal medicine/physician specialist or cardiologist within the next 24–48 hours; go to emergency if you feel chest pain, very fast heartbeat, difficulty breathing, or fainting.Carry all previous reports: ECG, blood tests, malaria reports, and prescriptions so the new doctor can see your full history. Otherwise consult for further management.
