Hello doc, I felt sudden lightheaded, dizziness and sweating without any spinning sensation. I felt this symptoms so many times. I couldn't get what the problem is?? Even though my bp and sugar levels are normal. Last I had done b12 on 12-08-2021 comes to 236 pg/ml. I have no tongue sores except this dizzy weakness lightheaded and sweating sensation. What could be the problem ? Is it anything related to b12 deficiency? Electrolytes problem? Or anything else ?

I have a problem of very very low immunity. I cant even do normal activities I got a term to describe my problem which is Chronic Fatigue. I still dont know a better way to explain I have low immunity i.e. I cant walk not due to anxiety as such but my body doesnt support it fatigues early plus my hands and foot remain sorta numb especially fingers plus I have dry eyes and bloating for so long now. I cant focus on my work or any normal activity i do. I have depression,bloating,dry eyes and low immunity/chronic Fatigue everything at the same time i wonder theres any way to prevent this as its almost killing my body. The physician gave me tablets like Astea, Immuboost,curcudac capsules and told me continue it for 6 months he told me these are vitamins  but i want to know do i continue these as i cant see any changes at all in my body also, i want to know are these vitamins without sideeffects it shouldnt affect my bloating amd constipation. Please provide valuable solutions for this.
